Refund policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase on muz0.fr. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or damaged products are not eligible for return.
• For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be returned if they have been used.

Return Procedure

• Send an email to our customer service at sav.muzo@gmail.com specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.
• Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
• Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund

Once the returned package has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method as in the original purchase.
